In short
On this site I present my coaching services and offer you visual tools. I only ask for personal data when you choose to contact me, book a session or join the waitlist, and even then only the minimum needed. The coaching tools run locally, in your browser.
Who runs this site
The site is run by Ana-Maria Brad, coach, based in Iași, Romania. For any question about your data, you can write to me at ana@anamariabrad.ro.
What data I collect, and why
- The waitlist. If you leave your details in the form, I collect your first name, last name (optional) and email, so I can let you know when enrolment opens and reserve you a spot. Optionally, you can also leave your phone number if you'd like me to contact you with details or offers, and only if you tick the explicit consent box in the form. The form is hosted by Google. I delete your data once it's no longer needed, or whenever you ask.
- Booking a session. When you book, the button takes you to Calendly, an external service. The details you fill in there (name, email, answers to a few questions) are processed by Calendly under their own policy, so that we can arrange a meeting together.
- If you email me. I keep your message for as long as needed to reply to you and stay in touch.
- The coaching tools. They run locally, in your browser: whatever you type or choose stays on your device and never reaches me. If a tool lets you save or export a PDF, that also happens locally.
- Anonymous usage statistics. I use a privacy-friendly analytics service (Umami), with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. I only see general things, like how many people opened a page, never who.
What I don't do
I don't sell your data or pass it to anyone else for marketing. I don't ask you to create an account to use the site or the tools.
Legal basis and your rights
I process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Romanian law, based on your consent (when you leave your address or book a session) and on the legitimate interest of replying to you.
You can always ask to see what data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw your consent. Just email me at ana@anamariabrad.ro. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in Romania, the ANSPDCP).
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date above. Feel free to check back now and then.
