Discover what truly matters to you

This exercise is based on Shalom H. Schwartz's theory of basic human values — one of the most validated tools in cross-cultural psychology, tested in over 80 countries.

You'll go through 4 simple steps to identify your 3 dominant personal values.

1
You choose 15 values from the full list
2
You narrow them down to the most important 10
3
You pick your top 5
4
You rank them and receive your profile

There are no right or wrong answers. Follow your first instinct and choose what resonates with you, not what you think you should.

10 - 15 minutes. Your progress saves automatically. Your data stays on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Step 1. Choose 15 values

Tick the values that matter to you. Tap a category to open it.

Step 4. Rank them

Drag and drop the values in order of importance. Value #1 is the most important.
Drag with your finger or mouse, or use the arrows. The top 3 positions are highlighted in colour, because they form your dominant profile.
