From "I wish" to "here's what I'm doing." Four questions that help you see where you are, what you want, and what your next step is.
Your data stays on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
- What do you actually want? (not what others say you should want)
- Why does this matter to you, right now?
- How would you know, specifically, that it had happened? What would you see, do, or feel differently?
- What's within your control? What isn't?
- By when do you want it to happen?
- How are things right now, no filter?
- What have you tried so far, and how did it turn out?
- When is it easier? When is it harder?
- What do you feel when you think about this — in your body, not just in your head?
- What or who is holding you back? (including yourself)
- What could you do? Write down 3 ideas, even the ones that seem silly.
- If there were no rules and nobody would judge you, what would you try?
- What would a good friend do for you, if they were in your shoes?
- What would someone you admire do?
- Who could help you? (a friend, a sibling, a teacher, a coach, a trusted adult)
- What will you do — not "I'll try," but what you'll actually do?
- What's the smallest step you can take in the next 48 hours?
- When exactly? (day, time, place)
- How will you know you've done it?
