Wheel of Confidence for teenagers

A coaching tool · 8 zones · adapted

About this exercise

The Wheel of Confidence for teenagers is a version of the Wheel of Life focused on self-confidence. On a scale from 0 to 10, it measures how confident you feel about taking action in 8 areas of your life that matter right now.

How to work with it

  1. For each zone, choose a score from 0 to 10 (0 = not at all, 10 = completely).
  2. Answer quickly — your first thought is often the most honest.
  3. Note what supports you in that zone, or what pulls you back.
  4. Look at the wheel. Its shape shows you where you feel strong and where there's still room to grow.
  5. Save the wheel. In a few weeks, load it again to see what has changed.

What to look for

  • The zone with the lowest confidence — often it's the one you avoid acting on.
  • The shape of the wheel — if it's very lopsided, evening it out can become your direction.
  • The strong zones — these are resources. What works there, you can use in other zones too.

Note: confidence isn't something you either have or don't — it's something you build in a specific zone, through small, repeated actions.

Your data stays on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere.
