The Wheel of Confidence is a variation on the Wheel of Life. Instead of satisfaction, it measures self-confidence: how confident you feel, on a scale from 0 to 10, when it comes to taking action across 8 areas of your life.
How to work with it
- For each area, choose a score from 0 to 10 (0 = not confident at all, 10 = fully confident).
- Note what supports you in this area, or what holds you back.
- Look at the wheel. The differences show you where you feel strong and where you need support.
- Save the wheel as a session. Next time, compare how your confidence has grown.
What to look for in the result
- The area with the lowest confidence — often this is the one you avoid acting on.
- The shape of the wheel — where you feel supported and where you need to build inner resources.
- The inner resources that already support you — recognise them and use them as a starting point.
